Two Men Arraign for Sexually Abusing Six Girls

Balie Sesay, 40, alias Balastic was, on Tuesday August 23, remanded by Magistrate Abubakarr Binneh Kamara of Freetown Magistrate Court №1 after he was indicted on two counts of sexual penetration.

According to the statement of offence, the accused on Sunday 20 March 20, 2016, involve in an act of sexual penetration with a 9-years-old girl in Freetown, contrary to section 19 of Sexual Offences Act 2012.

It was also alleged on count two that the accused also involved in an act of sexually penetration with a 13-years-old girl between February 14, 2016 and March 21, 2016 in Freetown.

The matter was adjourned to August 25, 2016.

In a similar development, a welder Ibrahim Kargbo, 20, was arraigned before Magistrate Abubakarr Binneh Kamara, on Tuesday August 23, 2016, on four counts of sexual penetration.

According to the particulars of the offense, the accused is alleged to have involved in an act of sexual penetration with four girls between the ages 8 and 10.

On count one, the accused on June 5, 2016 involve in an act of sexual penetration with a nine-years-old girl in Freetown contrary to Section 19 of Sexual Offences Act 2012.

On count two, the accused on June 5, 2016 also involved in an act of sexual penetration with an eight-year-old girl.

On court three, the accused also on June 5, 2016 involved in an act of sexual penetration with a nine-year-old girl.

The statement of the offence on count four indicates that, the accused, on June 5, 2016, involve in an act of sexual penetration with a 10-year-old girl.
