I’d say a less trditional publication that establishes more of a community amongst sci fi readers and writers. By establishing this community that doesn’t focus as much on getting popularity as it does sharing content that is accepted and appreciated by the sci fi group, it just inevitably means that their work will get noticed by people in this community. I’m sure there are ways to mutually build each other up like mentioning other sci fi writers at the end of blogs or perhaps sharing the work of others with credit. But, I think the focus should be more about creating a community where people are comfortable sharing any sci fi writings they want with others who enjoy science fiction.
