When a customer or consumer buys a product, he is only aware of the state or status of such product when it arrives to him.
These products goes through a supply chain which he is unaware off it’s state and condition, because there was no means of recording the activities and status of the products before it gets to the him. Even if there existed a means of verifying or getting such data and status of the product, it require a third party which had to be trusted and expensive to deploy. With this, it is also difficult to know the originality of a product ordered.
A solution to this will be a trustless cheap system which will keep in intervals, records of the activities that takes place while these products goes through the supply chain. It is very important that the consumer can verify the originality of the product he or she purchases and know exactly in details the activity which transpired during the time the products went through the supply chain.
