A new digital prescription

Many others (long before me) think our health service [1] going forward needs to start looking at all sectors of society to start managing long term conditions like Diabetes, COPD, Stroke, Isolation among others with the needs of an ageing society. [2] The general idea is that we are able to sit around a table and have an open and honest discussion about how we can improve the ‘transactions’ of our health service’. In doing so giving opportunities for others outside of it (from social housing to those doing befriending services) to interact better, faster and in a more simple fashion for us ‘citizens’ to keep well.[3]
