Another rainy summer day in the Balkans. The summer began with devastating floods and continues to surprise us with frequent showers, washing the memory of the expected hot summer. Meteorological analysis suggests that the average rainfall for 2012 significantly decreased compared to the period 1981-2010, but this year is bit different. During May 2014,Tuzla city area in Bosnia measured 3.5x higher rainfall compared to the long-term average.
