Thanks for your reply and my apologies for not being clear as we are in agreement, though will be some time before I have Apple’s resources to recruit, but thanks for emphasizing its importance. As a startup guy, efficiency is never far from my mind, unfortunately.

Note I never thought the university nor where someone is from was important, and as I think I mentioned women have held most leadership and many major tech roles in any company I’ve managed, and I’ve long worked for woman’s advancement in tech, in FWE, girls’ schools, and more. Also built teams of quite a few of LGBT and others, too (not only in Bay Area); neither quotas nor “..I’m set…” ever enter my mind.
