Good article, although I can’t tell if it’s a protest of the word “millennials”, or against prejudices and stereotypes in general.

I am wondering why it seems like so many people are doing surveys and research into the habits and preferences of 43 year old white men?

And, I don’t know what you mean by *Italian Chef Kissing Fingers Gesture* — is this something that all Italian chefs do, or that only Italian chefs do… is it like the fingers/ring kissing shown in “The Godfather”? (You remember “The Godfather” — that totally neutral, unbiased, non-prejudiced, non-stereotypical portrayal of the Italian-American crime syndicate?)
