Great article, David! You’ve really called out what many miss when trying to develop products. I love this comment the best. Once you “think” you have an approach, test it first before deploying. This is when the real value and opportunity is uncovered.

And, BTW, this approach actually works when selling anything whether it is a new idea or an existing product. The focus is slightly different but conceptually, it’s the same idea.
