  2. Tell better stories, and think about the ones you want to be able to tell 3 years from now.
  3. Be authentic. Most importantly, make sure your company is delivering on it’s values.
  4. Be transparent with your customers and your employees.
  5. Build a culture that supports your team. You’ll grow faster if you do.
  6. Be responsive, especially when you get feedback from customers.
  7. Be adaptable. Make change an ongoing priority in your business.
  8. Be passionate! It’s contagious.
  9. Surprise and delight your customers. It’s the little things that make all the difference.
  10. Simplify. Eliminate anything within your company that isn’t critical to your success, so that you can focus on what is.
  11. Gratefulness. Your customers allow you to remain in business, so thanking them every once in a while is a good idea.
