I’ve Never Been Good At Running�
When I was young I had asthma. That hindered a lot of things but especially running. Whether it was the beep test, track or general horseplay, I pretty much hated running and was really bad at it. I always ran out of breath and I couldn’t even make it 5 km without wanting to stop at every chance I got. But, I researched how to run properly and it’s been an essential to my fitness. Just broke 7km this morning.
Who knew. My legs hurt but who cares. 😎
