I apologize. I have this really bad habit of reading the Constitution. Which says: “ he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” (Art 2, Sec. 2)

So Trump can’t pardon himself if he’s impeached. Otherwise, there’s no limitation on him. If you disagree, show me something in the Constitution. Don’t talk to me about custom, precedent, or whatever. Those can be changed.
