Not to dismiss any of your personal experiences, I find it really ironic how anyone can say that women are not capable of coding when historically such a high percentage of the first coders in the 1940’s war effort were in fact women. I realize that some of this was a result of all the guys being drafted, but it doesn’t change the fact that a lot of the basic work on coding is the result of women inventing the methodologies. Anyone remember Admiral Grace Hopper?
