“You Must List to Last”

I want you to succeed and reach your full potential whether you are a speaker, realtor, mortgage agent, coach, consultant, author, real estate investor or any other type of small business.

Over the last couple of weeks we have gone through one model (The Five Types of Listeners) helping you to know your audience better. To think about who you do really want to serve. Do you like the people you are serving now or do you just do it because it pays well and you don’t want fix what is not broken? (golden handcuffs).

There are hundreds of models that will help us define more deeply the motivations and personalities within our target audience measuring response to work environments, personal relationships, exterior and interior motivators and drives us. Personalities is a study that goes back over 2000 years.

The study of personalities is all part of maximizing your potential with your target audience. In later chapters we will dive deep into PersonalityRadar a very effective model I have worked over the past 10 years.

But for now we are going to discuss how to organize your business to reach your full potential.

I was recruited into the commercial real estate industry and from there spent a decade selling real estate commercial and residential real estate.
