One thing that leaps out is the one-sided arbitration clause. Trump can go to court but can make a volunteer submit to arbitration. Might be unconscionable. Also seems like there should be some parity. If the volunteer can’t disparage Trump, he shouldn’t be allowed to disparage the volunteer; something Trump would probably be incapable of avoiding if he decided he didn’t like someone. Under Trump’s contract, he could say someone is a horrible lying human being who did horrible disgusting things, but if the person responded that Trump was lying, Trump could sue him. Shows an almost paranoid thin skin; they guy can dish it out but can’t take it.
