Disclaimer: This project is part of UI/UX Training Program which hosted by Indonesian’s Ministry of Communication and Informatics with Skilvul and Krealogi as Challange Partner. We are neither working nor contracted by Krealogi.

BACKGROUND

Krealogi Application

Krealogi is an application created by Du Anyam from Indonesia. Krealogi is an app that was designed to be used as Platform for Digital Supply Chain Management for craftsmen in order for them to be able to compete with big market.

Krealogi offers solution for those craftsmen and other growing business as a community for them to interact with each other, as provider for training needed for its members and as an app that was user friendly for their need to record and manage their business.

Currently Krealogi itself has been used and its community is growing and will continue to do so. However, as its grow it also began to show some problems. One of them is difficulty in using the app iself. Therefore, Krealogi itself require updating to the current situation if they want to continue to grow.

This UX Case Study is done in order to fulfil their need for an application that is user friendly and also helped them to record and manage their business as intended

This UX Case Study will be done a team of 3: Myself, Andina S Putri and Brian Nova Prathama

OBJECTIVE

1. To update the current UI on Krealogi to be more user friendly

2. Adding or modifying current feature that is exist on this app to be easier to use while losing no important feature

TEAM MEMBERS

As an UX Designer doing collaboration with other members, Myself, Andina S Putri and Brian Nova Prathama, we decide to update 3 main feature that we believe needed for Krealogi:

1. Simple CRM: Andina S Putri

2. Simple Cash Flow: Brian Nova Prathama

3. Warehouse & Stock Management: Myself

DESIGN PROCESS

During this case, we use Design Thinking as the approach for designing Krealogi. During this process, we shall use Figma to design the app.

1. Empathize

We’re skipping this step and continue to next step

2. Define

We tried to define what is Krealogi wants for this app and how we need to provide them with our solution. To do that, we first start need to try using this app ourselves. After that, we create our Pain Point, which is:

1. Feature regarding profit and loss is lacking

2. There is no customer database to see craftsman

3. Inventory Management for seller is difficult to use

3. Ideate

On this step, we have proposed the solution needed for this app based on Pain Point previously stated on Define step:

1. Updating app UI design to be more user friendly

2. Create new menu for CRM, which emphasize simpler usage

3. Create new menu call Analytic, which is combination from Performance menu and Finance menu which previously existed separated

4. Prototyping

During this step, we begin visualizing what we need to make our solution from just vision to reality. All this step will be done using Figma

To do that, first we began creating basic task flow to begin visualizing how the app would interact with user

Next, we create Low Fidelity Wireframe for more detail on how the app would look like

Low Fidelity Wireframe

After that, we create mockup for our prototype Krealogi App

5. Testing

After we finished all that, we begin our case study for user to see whether our improvement is indeed an improvement compared to previous app. We created list of questions for user to score and for us to determined whether this is enough or we need more improvement.

CONCLUSION

After this UX Case Study, we can see that Krealogi has value that can not be understated and its value will continue to rise because the future will continue to lean to Online Market. Therefore, Krealogi needed to evolve to next level.

Our UI/UX Case Study shows that it has promising future, therefore needed to continue uprading themselves. We hope that with our case study, Krealogi can continue its potential and success in the future
