Proof That Drake Killed XXXTentacion
This is a post with compelling, comprehensive and, in my opinion, conclusive proof that Drake was responsible for the murder of XXXTentacion.
Disclaimer: Well, it’s not actual proof. Or anything that would hold up in a legal setting. But you be the judge. And I’m not a journalist. Just an observant observer.
Over the years that Drake grew in superstardom to become the most streamed music artist, a lot of people tried to derail his career and position as the GOAT. They’ve all failed and the most recent one may have actually been bodied.
Timeline:
- X makes lit single “Look At Me”
- March 30 2017 — X complains on Twitter. References Aubrey’s mother.
- Drake says in an interview that he’s heard of X and his people will reach out to X within a week. (They never reach out. I mean, Drake worked with The Weeknd. So a 19 yr old hot head with a fight compilation on Youtube wouldn’t seem nearly as appealing.)
Their beef continues and during that time, X blew up. I personally saw him at Bay Area Rolling Loud Oct 2017. I suspect whilst blowing up and rubbing shoulders within the small circle of Hip-Hop, he obtained dirt on Drake.
Drake releases single I’m Upset. — “SMS, triple X /
That’s the only time I ever shoot below the neck (skrr) /
Why you keep on shootin’ if you know that nigga dead? (skrr) /
That’s the only kind of shit that gets you some respect”
(It’s a stretch but some Twitter users have said that “SMS” stands for “Send My Shooters.”)
Let’s jump to Drake v Pusha T .
Long story short, they beef over some pretty dumb shit and it slowly escalates over nearly a decade. Let’s get to the juicy part of the beef.
- Pusha emerges with some of the dirtiest dirt on Drake. But how?
- He releases the infamous “The Story Of Adidon”
T — “Since you name-dropped my fiancée/ Let ’em know who you chose as your Beyoncé/ Sophie knows better, ask your baby mother/ Cleaned her up for IG, but the stench is on her/ A baby’s involved, it’s deeper than rap/ We talkin’ character, let me keep with the facts”
- Reveals that Drake has a baby mama as well as a child.
- He also tweets about the album artwork in an attempt to depict Drake as a racist?
When Drake closed out “Duppy Freestyle,” Drizzy warned Pusha and his G.O.O.D Music team that he’s sending an invoice that needs to be paid for all the publicity Pusha is going to receive from their beef. Drake followed up by posting a draft of an invoice, requesting $100,000 for “Promotional assistance and career reviving.”
Now I’m making the implication that X may have seen the Pusha T beef with Drake as an opportunity to add fuel to the fire. So perhaps X could have told T about the baby mama situation in a combined effort to dethrone the GOAT.
- Drake supposedly has a Diss Track that the Pusha T camp begs to not release.
“After speaking with Kanye, I spoke with the brother, and he didn’t want this. I saw this going to a place that I feel would have ended his career if Drake would’ve put out this song that he had on him,” Prince said on Sway In The Morning this weekend. “And definitely would’ve hurt families and we’re not in it for that. That’s not Drake’s character to tear a man down to that extent.”
Clearly T’s camp didn’t want this to continue any further. In a deal with the GOAT, they snitch on X.
At this point, T has snitched on X by telling Drake that’s the source of the info.
Speaking of snitching, X suspiciously sends this IG story out several months prior. Perhaps Drake told X that he would kill him if he told anyone about his son.
Monday, June 18 — XXXTentacion Is Tragically Murdered
It looks entirely staged and that X was positioned there after a clean hit. The doors are propped open for law enforcement and press to see. He was also shot several times below the neck, similarly to the lyrics in “I’m Upset”
An ex-con takes the fall. He basically admits that he killed X and probably gets a fat deal from Drake and his “Mob Ties”. It’s
Below are some excerpts from Scorpion where Drake takes credit for the hit.
Mob Ties — “Sick of these niggas (sick, sick) / Hire some help (help), get rid of these niggas (grr) / Fuck what it was, it is what it is (what) / Whatever you did, it is what it is
They want me gone but don’t know why
It’s too late for all that lovey-dovey shit
I’m your brother shit, all that other shit
It’s too late for all that
Standin’ over coffin with a hammer and a nail (two)
Heard you hit up so and so, that name don’t ring a bell, nah
Drake invited JAY-Z for a feature on “Talk Up.” On his verse, he manages to reference XXXTentacion’s recent death and his disdain for the current U.S. president: “I got your president tweeting / I won’t even meet with him / Y’all killed X and let Zimmerman live / Streets is done.”
Emotionless — “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world, I was hiding the world from my kid.”
8 Out of 10 — “Kiss my son on the forehead, then kiss your ass goodbye.”
Nonstop — “I’m a unforgivin’ wild-ass dog nigga / Somethin’ wrong with ’em, got ’em all bitter / I’m a bill printer, I’m a grave digger
Yeah I am what I am / I don’t have no time for no misunderstandings again”
Perhaps this was all part of a bigger marketing plan. Who knows? The timeline is short and kind of messy. But perhaps this is the way it was supposed to play out. A young hot head tries to go after the GOAT. X alters Drake’s life in an irreversible way. Drake’s kid and baby mama are out in the world. X also publicly talked down on Drake’s mother. Perhaps he hired some help and got “rid of these niggas.”
Perhaps this is good for Hip Hop.
