21st Century Foreign Policy
During the 21st century there has been two presidents in office both serving two terms. These presidents both had the responsibility of conducting and forming public policy. Each president redefines and changes the role the president should play in foreign policy. George Bush was a very active and involved in foreign policy. Many of his decisions have been scrutinized and criticized but one thing is certain he was decisive and responsive. Weather or not you agree with him is a different story. Now take president Obama for example he has been plagued with being indecisive as a whole. I believe that Bush over stepped his power in conducting foreign policy. Obama has not used his power enough. These approaches both pose different sets of problems and perks. When American’s approval of our presidents ability to conduct foreign policy in the 21st century is well below 50% we have a problem.
