3 years ago I had my second keyhole surgery on my right knee shortly after an inguinal hernia operation from years of playing football/basketball and squash. The surgeon told me to retire to the couch and live a “less active” lifestyle…. End of sob story!

I’ve since completed 2 IronMan Triathlons, 2 Marathons, 2 half marathons and numerous 1 day cycling (80–110 mile) events.

If I can do an IronMan triathlon, YOU CAN do an IronMan triathlon.

One thing I missed when I first signed up, was a good training blog, with good video (in this day and age)… I hope to bridge this gap.

I’ve signed up for my 3rd IronMan triathlon next year and hope to smash my PB in all 3 disciplines. I’d very much like it if you could help me get there.

If you LIKE and SHARE this page I will hopefully round up a bit of an audience to help encourage me during my training and drag me out of bed at ridiculous o’clock in the morning to go train.

More info about my blog to follow… Just wanted to get the ball / wheel rolling.

If you’re keen, PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE plus TAG people who might be interested….

Cheers guys — much appreciated.
