So when I went to Cupertino, Apple told me that a couple hours worth of charge lasts at least a month, and that if you run dry, one minute of charging gives you half a day’s worth of power. I never for a second considered that the fact that because you can’t USE the mouse during that minute some people would get unhinged. Is this the most first-world problem ever?
Charging stuff is not always Apple’s strength. I have had to replace too many power supplies. The charger for the Apple Watch is awkward. But in this case, I think that the criticism is over the top. I’m sick of replacing batteries in my mouse, and I can easily kill a minute — by doing stuff with my phone. Or even my watch, if it’s charged.
