Even if we scale this back and give Blake credit for making one sale a day to earn a commission of $15,000 a day, that still equals up to nearly $4 million a year.”

I would rate this as “unlikely.” It does seem possible that a person making $15000 a day could take a significant amount of leisure and/or vacation time, bringing his or her total yearly earnings to “only” a hair under a million.
