Semantics are Baby’s First Trolling Tool.
Nathaniel Lichfield

I’m not trolling. The distinction is important: in a public place, one has no right or authority to dictate someone’s speech or behavior, provided they are not breaking the law. The first half of that subsection is advising behavior that is misguided at best and legally actionable if taken too far.

But by all means, be dismissive and glib. Perhaps eventually that’ll have the effect you’re hoping for.
