What is team happiness, really?

Happy people are productive people. As a Delivery Manager, I’m always conscious of the health and happiness of my team members and how they work together.

If people (not resources) are happy, they are motivated to do their best work and support their colleagues, enabling better collaboration and trust.

Introducing the Kickass Cage Gauge

At DeliverCon 21, I was shown an example of a team mood board/check-in with different images and emotions relating to Nicholas Cage.

I loved the idea and concept and have iterated the poster, into a template which can be used as an icebreaker, energiser or health check for your next workshop or agile event and ceremonies.
