Hip thrust are good, I do them all the time. But if your trying to work your butt and strengthen your hips it take another 30–40 exercise to do it. All my exercises will be in my streaming workouts. Varaition is key to be sure no muscle is overlooked.
For anyone with overdeveloped legs muscles I would reccomend my workout exclusively. It is one of my main focuses and my specialty. The program is very in depth, doesn’t include cardio, and it rooted in physical therapy and functional science. Through my streaming and blog post I will be able to help you further. Stay tuned!
