I definitely not recommend atrophy, my program has worked in slimming down the calves with all my clients. How quick the results come vary from client to client. Two things, it can def be done, but it is an extremely slow process and takes consistency with the program over a long period pf time. I have worked with some former athletes with incredible muscular calves and they have definitely slimmed down, but you have to think long term.
