I’ve never had any of my clients count calories, just to eat all natural and healthy. This workout might not burn as many calories as a high intensity workout, but it is definitely still burning a lot since we are using a lot of full body movements and working multiple muscles all over the body with once exercise. It doesn’t break your body like high intensity workouts do, this requires you to indugle and over eat to make up for huge calorie deficits. Ever notice your starving after a high intensity workout? My aim was to prevent that with this workout, therefor creating a healthy, consistent method of losing weight.
