Using the 5/25 Rule to Learn to Say “No”

Brutal prioritization is required for success. We are all pulled in too many directions and if we say “Yes” too often we don’t get to the things (the 5 out of 25) that are really important. I’m all for saying now and doubling down on Yes where Yes aligns with the most important drivers of success (however you personally define it). As Jerry cautions, don’t say no to avoid pain and disappointment. Every worthy venture has a good dose of both.
