Hello humanity — We need to talk about your breath

Do I want “something that makes me feel better or something that helps me feel me”? Great question. But before I came across the ‘gentle breath meditation’ I didn’t really know what this meant. Now, every time I practice the ‘gentle breath’ is like coming home. Coming home to me, and my natural state of stillness within; my anchor and precious place of connection with me, no matter what’s going on in the world and around me.
