This starts off well but I feel the end result is still not as useful as focusing upon a role. As soon as a name, age or picture is added I feel that it becomes an example, hopefully real, of a profile/role but often omits the full range of information by focusing on one story. A single-story will always be a compromise and, as we know, people in a role will differ. For that reason tasks and use cases tied into a persona are vital. Essentially I would avoid adding individual personas and focus upon the description of the goals etc around a role/task. I am far from alone in avoiding Personas because they can become limited by the form.
