the distance between thoughts and deeds is often quite large, it’s easy to “get it” but tough to “do it”.
The 3 (or 12) steps you mention in your article are quite an interesting approach. There is definitely some points of contact with traditional coaching techniques, blended with marketing techniques.
What I think you could improve in there is to also let the subject think about the potential obstacles she could find along the way and prepare (at least psychologically) for those. The O in the well known GROW model.
