What’s there in Ghosts of War (2020)?.

The story is horror mixed little war plot ensues at the end of World war 2 based on the curse of one family who sacrificed them for the American combatants.

There are multiple things to enhance the portrayal like horror, war, and finally, a wasted sci-fi climax.you will think as much as what is not there.

There are many promising factors to increase the anticipation of Ghosts of war movie mainly that Director Eric Bress, yes he is the one who directed the Butterfly effect movie, next is Brenton Thwaites he is known for his role in Pirates of the Caribbean and many other promising big casts like Theo Rossi, Kyle Galler,etc.,

The truth is you can’t tell who is hero, the screenplay gave an opportunity to each character to establish their importance.

The cinematography by Lorenzo Senatore comes off stunning that pleasingly covered plains and mountains of Bulgaria.

The background is acceptable one with its own pace like many horror stories.

Decent storytelling but just wasted by the climax.

What’s not there in Ghosts of War?.

The director conveyed the story by adding many things, just ok for this, but the actuality is, the story is not much deep in each thing, it’s just come and go without much fulfilment.

The climax is almost a wasted one, undoubtedly you will feel wasted after watching that twisted climax.

Many horror scenes, the costumes and makeup of that ghosts look like an old one, we have watched many times.

There are many repeated shots, yes it is needed for that story but you will feel sleepy because of its lazy screenplay.

Star performance:

It fits Brenton Thwaites and Kayle Galler

Because of their okayish acting as Chris and Tappert.

The storyline of Ghosts of War (2020):

The whole story ensues at the end of World War 2, based on the curse of one family who sacrificed themselves for American combatants.

That’s the main story but director to add some spice to the story he added some time-loop concepts, war scenes and finally the wasted sci-fi climax.

The whole movie is with the usual horror effects. watch this if you have time, but my opinion is you will feel wasted after watching the whole movie.
