I am curious about what “legitimate national interests” the Kim Regime in DPRK is currently pursuing and why the Regime’s relentless pursuit of a nuclear-capable missile threat is not a “tangible” security issue. The Regime’s starvation and oppression of over 23 million of its own people and its continual small-scale attacks on the ROK seem to be fairly tangible and threatening to me.
