Aussie IT “scene” is so interconnected, if you’re a dickbag, people remember. You won’t get black balled/barred necessarily but people will not trust you, hire your corp or do you any favours. Even “small stuff” Like many CEO’s think is ok such as bullying staff, firing or overworking them, the other CEOs notice and remember.
