Games Development JUNIOR

A fun way to spend summer — Design & Programme YOUR own computer games

Saint Martin’s Institute of Higher Education is pleased to launch the summer school for teenagers in Games Development. Being aware of how much young people are into playing computer games, we are offering the opportunity to transform this passion of playing games into learning how to design and use a popular game engine to develop a casual game.

The Games Development Programme is open to young teenagers, aged 13 to 15, with no necessary previous knowledge in game development or any other programming experience. This summer programme is meant to make learning fun to the audience.

What will you learn?

The programme covers three core areas needed to make a game:

Aesthetics: a game should look and sound good! We teach you how!
Design: a game should be challenging and fun! We show you how to design it!
Code: a game should work well and not crash! You will learn how to bring your game to life!
