Stellaris the world unknown part 3

Nasic Ishak, lead scientist of physics department of Earth, age 52. He has the accent of a Brit, but a very cold and raspy tone.
“Today I have finally decided to do what I think is right. After hearing the tragedy of what happened to Mr. Reynold, I have decided we ourselves make poor judgment. And, we can not move into research with only our minds. The initial project was to make robotics controllable by humans to colonize more planets, but I have stumbled upon something great that others disagree with.”
Loud noises can be heard in his recording. The sounds of thumping and turning over objects echo throughout the recording.
“One such organization is the religious sector. They have forbid me for what I am about to do, and I will probably have to work from a jail cell from now on.”
As the noises get louder he chuckles. It was mixed with bits of madness and hope. Perhaps insanity had finally gotten the best of him.
“I remember when I was a country boy and my parents left to test-pilot in the ships. They never came back and all I had were science books to keep me company from then on.”
“Sir, open up NOW! If you do you will be forgiven.”
“Ah shut the hell up would yah?”
“Sir you leave me no choice.”
The video lens starts to open up showing him in a large room. The man is tall and sports a beard. He appears to have cold brown eyes that seem to look into your soul. His hair appears to be well kept, as if he takes the time out of his morning every day to comb it. His hands shake with a chip in them. “This…this object will either destroy or create a new, better place for us. Us as a species. For once, science will help every living human on this earth. No exception.” He slides the chip in a small compartment on a table as the door bursts open by explosion. The video feed ends with the camera falling from the explosion and rubble over it. It doesn’t take long for the rubble to roll off, the lens now being covered by Nasic’s body. He is hoisted up by a man in full armor. This mans armor is decorated with religious symbols colored with gold while the rest is white. The colors indicate his rank, officer. Nasic is thrown onto the table where he is yelled at by the armored man. The Audio stopped working half way through the yelling. After the armored man stopped moving his mouth, Nasic smiles at him. The man then throws Nasic to the entrance. The table slowly turns red and steam appears. The armored man steps forward two spaces when suddenly the entire room explodes in a fiery storm of dust and gravel, fire surrounding the walls. Tiles from the roof fall onto the floor.

TV and online articles talked about the events that shortly after took place, robotics around the world started to change. They began to show slight emotion and understanding. Being able to do things not in their programming, like climb or speak. The rescue robots began searching for homeless children and then helping them find homes. Janitor bots helped stop crimes and feed children with help from mark five farming bots. Medical bots took care of patients no matter the circumstances. As for Nasic, his arm was blown off during the explosion. The man In armor was not able to be identified and is now called “The Officer.” Before dying, the religious sector officer shot Nasic in the leg. Then died from the radiation coming from the blast, leaving only a trickle of blood in his suit. It seems the world has not truly changed after all. People continue to hate each other. Civilization comes back with terrorism. It seems the world is still not ready to meet us. “Sir, enemy forces are starting to track our ship. If we stay any longer we may endanger our second breed.”
“Go now but we are not yet done here.”
“Understood.” As they say, “we will always be watching.”

The first colony ship is a beautiful sight. Only possible because of recent events, specifically the Ai retribution day, which allowed the development of the colony ship to speed up extremely. Now, when I look back at what my mom has done to find our new home, I see my father. No matter what, my father is there with me, holding my hand as I go through life. And I hope wherever I go, there will always be a blue bell flower. Those flowers are just like me and without them, I will wilt just like them. Back to the colony ship, it is painted with many colors and is decorated over the top with taped-up pictures from kids who wanted to wish luck on our voyage. Nobody wants to admit it, but this is a test run. So many can die right now but this is their only hope. I walk up the ramp to the ship. The cold floor underneath my feet rumbles. No, it’s just my legs shaking. Even though this is just a test ship, hope begins to form. Hope, something I have not felt since his death. Tears roll down my face in the form of small trickles. I start to smile uncontrollably making some stare. Looking down, I see a child next to me doing the same. And so are others. All of us are happy, happy to be alive for this moment. Happy to have HOPE. “Dad, is this one of those risks? Is this the start of my tomorrow?” As I walk in I see no real difference then to a plane except the 6 feet over our heads and the 10 levels of seating. Compact, no windows. I walk to my seating sitting right next to a young woman. We sit in the side seats of the ship. My heart pounds echoing through my body. I close my eyes and open them again slowing my breath. My head turns left as the woman next to me starts saying things that are on her mind. “What if there’s a tear, or even a screw was not placed correctly? What if we can’t handle space and squish? What if we all die?” The woman must have accidently spoken since I felt a her gaze making sure if I heard. I keep my head staring at the decorations placed over us. “Don’t worry we’ll be fine.” I smile and tears start going down my eyes like water going down a newly built pipe. Happiness clearly shown across my face, but also regret. The kind of regret that haunts you after death. This regret also gives you strength. The woman sees this and also smiles. “I’ll trust your gut for now. But you better not be wrong.” I could barely hear. All I thought was about my dad. The person who made this possible. And the blue bell flowers hanging over us as decoration. Their bright blue color, the scent of sweet fruit, their light bell sound as the leaves hit against each other. And of course the memories that come with them.

Captains log
Today is when the first colony ship will be launched to a new world. Plans have changed after the Imperial Fafosan Worlds have taken the most likely planet into their borders. But we can do the same. We have found a Gaia planet that is perfectly suitable for all life. In specifically its only one light-year away from their border. I can already see the look on their faces. Or maybe we won’t. Maybe they’ll attack right away. We cant tell what they will do to get what they want. They already have taken our trust and destroyed it. The deaths of people have been covered up. People are dead and nothing has changed. Yes, they talked and said it would not happen again. But will it truly not happen? How can we be certain when they are a alien species that has already gone this far? I’ve started to even question if these people surrounding me are even on my side. Am I even on my side? Even the others who know of this understand that. After what has occurred no one is sure. we can’t beat them in any way we are now. The act they have done shows this. It was not only the man’s daughters and wife that died, but all relatives as well. Each one cleverly looked as though it was a homicide. They knew something and I will help find it in the stars. The only thing I know for sure, is a the main scientist I will find a way in the stars.

Signing off Isabel Reveros Lead scientist of Von Braun.

My first day on the job. I can’t believe I will soon work with the famous Isabel Reveros. She was my hero and everyone’s else. A mother who lost her husband and continued to do her job. A hero. I don’t really have any sad story or weird background. I was born in the Italy sector to a family of middle class workers. My mom was a Construction worker and my dad worked in Business. Right now I have two kids and a great husband. I can’t wait to see him again. Even though its only been a week driving to the space elevator and everything that happened has been incredible. I was immediately promoted to be lead scientist by my grade in middle school physics. MIDDLE SCHOOL! It almost feels like I cheated but this is my dream. A dream I hope wont end up like my idols life. I don’t know what I would do in her shoes but that’s why I admire her. “Dina Olivieri is on the bridge all stand!”
Its also amazing how people treat their higher ups. Well goodbye for now my family.

this one is different from my other three because I have a person helping edit my works. so i hope you enjoy and if there are ay horrible mistakes please let me know
