Everyone hear that?
Some who knows first hand is telling you that you can both be happy and uncomfortable (moreso when you have a say in choosing what is causing the discomfort).
So those of you have this ‘entitled mentality’ that joy (feeling good) is the root of happiness are in for a surprise.
Rachel is another living example how we, unknowingly, let life kick us around by playing it too safe.
My advice is NOT to get rid of fear … but for the next 30 days be 10% more fearless — challenge yourself to ask questions and make statements you might not otherwise be willing to make and accept that this ‘trial by fire’ is necessary for your long term happiness…and in turn the happiness of those around you.
