I’ll try to explain it as simply as I can so your tiny little brain can understand. There are laws that the universe operates itself by- Gravity, Relativity, Thermodynamics etc.(Look them up in wiki if you’ve never heard of these). Since these laws exist, objects(such as magnets) act a certain way. In biology there are also laws such as the ones mentioned above. Because of them people(regardless of their culture or nationality) act in a universal way. Sexual harassment is something that people have been doing since our evolution, even other species do it. Even women do it to men when social pressure is non existent. When birds are chirping in the morning and the evening what do you think they are trying to do? Laws of the universe can never be changed(try changing gravity). 
Do you know how many articles there are on the internet about harassment, yet the writer decided to pollute the internet with one more, and I was just in the mood for bashing someone(which happened to be her). No matter how hard you work to make feces, it is still feces.
