Yes. We’ve been brainwashed these days to believe that play must have purpose or meaning. We’ve been taught to “do it right.” Nah. Just play. Let’s worry less about “educational” so that we focus more on developmental and relationships…and just play. :: Great line in this article. Thanks.
“Marketing Funnel.” “The Wedge.” Old school truth right here. Core ideas like this are important for people to learn. This is true in sales, in religion, in wherever people gather. Lots of people look, a few join, and fewer go much deeper. We keep reinventing the wheel in marketing fads when stuff like this needs to be remembered. Nice job.
Smart smart smart. Thanks for this. People who are just starting out in the freelance world don’t understand how important the word “no” is to survival. Gentle, firm, consistent and generous use of the word “no” is important. Take care of yourself is close behind.
Thanks, Mark. I think in some ways these bits and pieces of story are pre-story. An anecdote serves to open up the way to the whole story later. Don’t know for sure, I just know I have had some time rethinking my ideas of “floats and anecdotes.”
