Day 51: One acceptance, one rejection

Will: I was walking home when I saw a very picturesque sight of a store clerk with his German Shepard behind the desk. After walking by the store front, I went back to and said, “You guys look so picturesesque… would you mind if took your picture?” He said “Of course!”
Gil: I don’t remember how the conversation with the girl sitting across from me on Caltrain started but at some point in our friendly chatter I noticed a pink pen in the ring binding of her notebook. “Can I have your pen?” I asked. “What? No. I’d give you a pen but this is my only one!” she exclaimed.
