How To Create Your MeiTalk Wallet and Add Withdrawal Addresses?
We’re pleased to announce the launch of the MeiTalk wallet, our latest innovation in the Web3 space, to give you the best experience on our platform. The new wallet allows you to make deposits and withdrawals for STRM, BTC, BNB, and ETH.
For an ideal experience, you need to add Aladdin Pro Wallet as the withdrawal address on MeiTalk. The wallet feature is still in the testing phase; please feel free to contact MeiTalk Support or email support@meitalktv.com for any issues you may face.
How to create a new MeiTalk wallet?
Requirements
- Aladdin Pro Wallet: You can download the wallet from here.
- A completed profile: You need to add all your MeiTalk account information, including your mobile number, gender, age, and nationality.
- Matched information: The email address or mobile number on MeiTalk should match the one in Aladdin Pro.
- Latest app version: In case you use the app version of MeiTalk, please make sure you update to the latest version on your iOS or Android device.
Adding account information
- Sign in to MeiTalk.
2. Click on your profile icon, then go to Account.
3. Click Edit to add your mobile number, gender, age, and nationality on the Account page, then click Done.
4. Verify your phone number: Click Send to receive the code then enter it and click Verify.
Note: Make sure you added all your account information correctly. After creating a MeiTalk wallet, you won’t be able to edit the information.
Creating a MeiTalk wallet
- From your MeiTalk Web or app interface, go to Wallet.
2. Click on Create a Wallet Passcode.
3. Enter your new passcode and keep it secure (the numbers are shuffled for security reasons).
4. Re-enter the passcode to confirm.
Adding withdrawal addresses
- From the Wallet page, click on My Withdrawal Address.
2. Add the Aladdin Pro wallet address for your respective token. Here’s how to do it:
a. Open the Aladdin Pro app.
b. Click on the token of which you want the withdrawal address.
c. Click RECEIVE.
d. The address will appear on top; click on the Copy icon to get it.
3. After copying the address, click on Add Withdrawal Address for that token.
4. Enter the address from Aladdin Pro or paste it into the box.
5. Select which verification method you want to use:
a. Email verification: Use this if your email address on Aladdin Pro and MeiTalk are the same.
b. Mobile number verification: Use this if your phone number on Aladdin Pro and MeiTalk are the same.
6. Click Register to add the withdrawal address.
Note: Once a withdrawal address has been added and verified, you cannot change it.
