Outrage over people being outraged is outrageously annoying.

YES. Where does the idea that we can never say we’re sorry come from?

It’s so odd to see “absolute arrogance” as a value versus “grace & humility & genuine consideration for the feelings/experiences/lives of others”. It seems sociopathic to me to walk around genuinely not caring if you hurt anyone or are unkind.

Didn’t we all rock out to Jewel’s ode to love & consideration for one another? Probably not. I probably shouldn’t admit that I ever liked that song in a public forum. Can I retract statements made on Medium? Anyone? Bueller?
