1) Offline Calisthenics Center
We have 2 Offline Calisthenics Centers. We are located at one of the most trending & vibrating locations in Pune i.e.
- Balewadi Highstreet &
- Punawale
Here we offer semi-personal /group training batches where bodyweight strength training, functional training & calisthenics skills are conducted. Feel free to drop in for a trial batch!
2) Diet Plan
Not everyone wakes up at 5am & not everyone works 9 to 5. Some of us maybe still study, go to college, stay at a hostel, home, are entrepreneurs, housewives or just have a completely different routine. As per your goal, you get a customized plan. This will be as per your current routine with minor changes, so it's Sustainable & builds a healthy lifestyle! Our Plans Start @Rs 5/day!
3) Diet + Self Workout Plan
Similarly, not everyone prefers to workout under a trainer or simply doesn’t have time or maybe just don’t know where to start. Whatever the reason, if you want to workout by yourself, we provide a diet & a workout plan as per your comfort be it 3/4/5/6 days a week, be it at home, at a gym you go to, be it yoga, anything you want, a plan is customized to reach your goal! You get a plan with images of form & movement, no. of reps & sets & gradual progression you need to perform at your convenient time!
4) Group Training
Here, you get a customized diet plan & the workouts are conducted live for 6days / week. They include workouts like push, pull, legs, new balancing skills, & Zumba! You can attend as many days as you want from wherever you want — home, park, gym & with the exciting challenges, stand a chance to earn rewards like cashbacks, workout equipments, headphones & many more! This is conducted via Google meet.
5) Personal Training
If you are looking for personal supervision, this one’s for you. Here too, a customized diet plan is provided & one of our experienced trainers will be conducting your workout be it at your gym, home, yoga, calisthenics, as per choice & at your convenient time & for 3/4/5/6 days a week as per your goal. This will be virtual on Google meet.
