Just finished my second consecutive 50 mile week of the training plan, also my second 50 mile week ever. Closed it out with a negative split out and back this morning along the canal, including last 4 miles at goal marathon pace. Strong finish to a solid couple of weeks.
Week 3 of 18 completed. Just over 44 miles for the week, a little more than planned. More importantly, all sessions executed pretty much exactly as planned.
