Nice, pretty much my thoughts too. In office is generally more effective, but the duality of the challenges around well executing remote team vs what it opens you up to in diversity of opinion and location is an interesting contrast. Whether those benefits make sense depends on the company, the product, and its leaders. Also, typo on your link to availability heuristics :)
