Finally! Someone have made transferring money from on bank account to another — easy. As many of you might be aware — there are a plethora of ways to send money today.
Paypal, Dwolla, Venmo, Google Wallet, Bank ACH, Western Union, the list goes on. Each of these have their pros and cons. If it’s not fees, then it’s time to process.
Enter Square Cash. Square Cash. It’s as simple as downloading the app. Enter the amount you want to send. Enter an email. Send. Money Transferred*. Zero Fees, Zero Waiting time. Done.
Unfortunately Square Cash is not for the unbanked. This is Western Union shines and with an insane fee! 10%?! Just to transfer money from one person to the next? I am looking for the disruption bitcoin brings to the remittance industry. No longer will they be able to charge the unbanked for simply transferring money.
Speaking of bitcoin, if you are a college student with a .edu email account, Coinbase is offering to give you $10 in bitcoin for opening an account. Don’t miss this great opportunity. And just like the money transfer industry, bitcoin players also have fees. Enter Circle. Circle have removed the fees and will allow you to buy and sell bitcoins at Zero %. Signup for a Circle (have to wait for an invitation).
I will be using Square Cash a lot ☺ In addition, if you are interested in signing up, you can by clicking here. When you do — Square will give you $1 and give me $1.
If you’ve learned anything or enjoyed reading — give me a thumbs up by recommending this to others ☺
