Gavan O’ Herlihy, who played Cunningham’s eldest son in Happy Days, dies at age 70
Gavan John O’Herlihy (July 29, 1951 — September 15, 2021) was an Irish-American actor. He was known for playing Chuck Cunningham in the early episodes of Happy Days, as well as for his appearances in films like Never Say Never Again, Death Wish 3, Willow, and Superman III.
