May : India, USA, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, Kiribati, Vanuatu, Australia, Nauru, Sri Lanka.
June : Indonesia, Vietnam, Russia, South Africa, Philippines, United Arab Emirates.

Minimum Income thresholds changes:
