As a teenager, Nikolai was involved in athletics and achieved excellent results. According to him, the sport gave self-confidence, which he so lacked. Nikolai Koster-Waldau secretly dreamed of an acting career from everyone, but he was shy about speaking out loud about his dream. The actor is a happy husband and father of two kids. He has been married since 1998 to Greenland actress and model Nukake Mottsefeldt and has been faithful to his wife for many years. Nikolai was resting in a recording studio waiting for the girl who will voice the role. The partner was late, which infuriated the actor.
