My Daily Reading

In the past, I have had issues finding good sources for learning more about programming, technology and science. I figured it might be useful for others to share my daily reading list. These are sites I check semi-regularly for new articles and to learn something new. Here you go:

  • https://reddit.com — I subscribe to a lot of subreddits
  • https://lwn.net — good source for linux news
  • https://news.ycombinator.com — Hacker news usually has fairly interesting articles that interest programmers.
  • https://aphyr.com — This is one of the few blogs that I get unreasonably excited about when there is a new. Kyle goes in-dept in his analysis of distributed systems.
  • https://github.com/trending — I occasionally check out the trending projects for the languages that I’m most interested in on github.
  • https://stackoverflow.com — Some might mind find it odd but I enjoy reading questions and answers in the technologies that I’m interested in at the time.
