These habits can improve your physical and mental health simultaneously as well as make you productive and creative.

Reading is most useful habit which can help you make your dreams come true. In my opinion, developing a reading habit can make you better than 90% of the people single handedly.

If you are a non-reader like me than i will receommend reading 2 pages a day everyday of any book you like this exercise will make you used to reading. First you need to develop a reading habit. After that read books that will improve your life.

2. Working out:

You might say that working out is only for your physical health. But it is also very beneficial for you mind. There is a reason that regular gym goers always feel good after working out for hours. All of my gym freaks would relate to it.

Exercising releases chemicals in your brain like endorphine and serotonin which reduces anxiety and stress level. It makes you feel good and energised. You will become more creative and productive.

3. 7 hours of sleep:

Have you ever feel like doing nothing all day and staying bed ? … That is because you didn’t have enough sleep and your mind and body have not rested enough to get out of bed.

Getting enough sleep is giving rest to your body and mind. So that they can have energy to funtion the next day. sleep also helps with reducing stress and having good long memories. If your a person that forgets things easily then the reason behind it might be of not getting enough sleep.

4. Writing/journaling:

Journaling can help you to self reflect on your life. what is working for you and what is not. What are the things you need to change what are things you wanna try, Write your goals, results and etc.

In short, journaling is the most effective whey of self realisation about where you stand in life and what you want to become. it is a psychological exercise that you can do daily, weekly or monthly. It rewires your unconcious mind to achieve your goals and stay focused on that.

5. Less screen time:

Do i really need to explain why limiting your screentime is good for you ?

Smartphone addiction is a slow poison same as drugs. It decreases your focus and attention span, destroys your creativity, makes you lazy and increases your stress levels and anxiety. However, smartphones are also very useful and beneficial for us. there is a balance we need to find and it depends on us on how we use it.

6. Set goals:

Setting goals is a great tool to increase your focus and effort in the right direction. You can exponentially benefit from and it will show you the right path towards your goal. This habit is best for those who are distracted easily from their path.

setting weekly, monthly and yearly goal will increase you productivity and you will have higher motivation.

7. Taking action:

One Day or Day One

You must have heard this line or read it on social media. To achieve great things you have to take action. Success only comes to those who keep on trying and never give up.

It is common mindset of unsuccessful people that they always assume things won’t work for them so they don’t bother trying. People like Elon Musk and Steve Jobs always tried new things without thinking about whether they will succeed or fail.

JUST KEEP TRYING

8. Embrace discomfort:

Being comfortable sounds nice, doesn’t it?. However, it projects a negative on your life and makes it hard for you to become a person you always wanted to become. Instead of going for a run you might just stay in your house because going for run requires mental strength and your mind usually tells you to stay in your comfort zone.

Embracing discomfort makes you strong, independent and makes you resilient. it will push you to chase your dreams because staying comfortable won’y get you anywhere.

9. Organize:

organizing your life and belongings will save you alot of time and will make you more productive in life as well as imporve your social life. Staying organized is attractive and makes you look like a responsible person which can indirectly help you build better relationships.

living in tidy room will reduce your stress and anxiety levels and make more creative. Making to do lists, planning your day a night before will help you stay ahead of your time. You will know what things are needed to be done without getting distracted and losing focus.

10. Manifest:

The greatest way of ensuring your actions intentional for a good purpose. When you tell yourself to learn something new or achieve something every action you take gets you closer to your goal. You conciously consider your your decisions that is it good for you goals or not.

Manifesting is like putting your subconcious mind focused and continously looking for ways to achieve what you want in life.

Ending Note:

Being successful is only state of your mind. Anyone can be successful if you have the guts to take risks like rest of the successful people did. Finding opportunities and thinking like a successful person will eventually get you there.
