I agree. When I received diagnosis of GAD, this was the first book I could get hold of on the subject. Reading the book was a kind of reassurance for me. That I wasn’t alone and that being anxious wasn’t all that bad a thing. Of course, the book didn’t help me handle my anxiety. Nothing did, in fact. That’s an exercise in progress.

When I didn’t see Stossel’s book in your list, I had a feeling you may have omitted it on purpose. Thanks for explaining why.
